Need Guitarist and Drummer

[Hail the Fail]

We're a 4 piece thrash metal band called "Hail the Fail", and we're currently seeking a lead guitarist and drummer....
persons must:

* be talented and creative
* have own gear
* have a job to pay for rehearsals (no night jobs)
* lead guitarist must also be great at rhythm (we do alot of downpicking, james hetfield style!!)
* have his/her heart in the music
no douchebags, no people who are just here to f**k around, and as we said before, we want someone who loves the music and wants to make it their life...we dont want anyone wasting our time...also, we play shows once every month...some of our influences are: metallica, slayer, megadeth, anthrax, pantera (off course)...lamb of god, trivium, evile, etc..
